3. Google Account Integration

When you connect your Google account, we access the following, only to power features you use:

  • Gmail (read-only): We read your email metadata and content to extract contact information and build your communication history.
  • Google Calendar: We read and write your calendar events to identify meeting attendees, build your professional network, check your availability (free/busy), and create or manage your bookings.
  • Google Contacts (read-only): We import your Google contacts into your private contacts database.
  • Data Storage: All synced data is stored securely in your private database.
  • Data Control: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the settings page.

Limited Use of Google User Data

NetworkChains' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts) is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing features you see in the app. When our AI-powered features (such as EarnGPT) use this data, they do so only at the time of your request to generate results for you; we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not transfer it to any third party that would do so.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS
  • Encryption of stored data at rest
  • Secure authentication using JWT tokens
  • Regular security assessments
  • Access controls and authentication

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, and we do not use your Google data for advertising. Your data is private to you. To operate the features you use, we share data with a limited set of sub-processors that act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only to provide the service:

  • Cloud infrastructure & storage (e.g., Amazon Web Services) — to securely host and store your data.
  • AI / ML providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to process your content at the time of your request and generate results within the app. These providers do not train their models on data sent through their APIs.
  • Vector database (e.g., Qdrant) — to enable search and retrieval over your own data.

We do not transfer or sell Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or any party for any purpose other than providing or improving the features you use.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Disconnect third-party integrations
