NetworkChains is an app that helps you discover the best market opportunities using AI. This policy explains how NetworkChains ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the app and this website (the "Service").
NetworkChains is the controller of the personal data described here. Where we use technology or infrastructure partners to run the Service, they act on our instructions.

Account data: your email address and/or phone number, name, and the organisation you sign in to.
Usage data: the markets, insights and opportunities you view, search for or save, used to personalise what the AI shows you.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, sign-in times and security events, used to keep your account safe.
Preferences: language, display currency, theme and your watchlist.
Communications: messages you send us and the notices we send you.

Service providers who host the Service, deliver emails and text messages, provide market data or run AI models, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
The organisation whose account you use, for activity within that account.
Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our users and the Service.
A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold.
NetworkChains does not sell your personal data, and does not share it for advertising.

We use only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: to keep you signed in, secure your session and remember your language, theme, display currency and cookie choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

We keep your data while your account is open. After it closes, we delete or anonymise it, except for records the law requires us to keep for longer.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your sign-in codes private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent.

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
